Every great idea starts with a problem. Ours was simple : Beautiful Solid Wood furniture was too expensive. There is nothing mundane about Furnmill. Not our people. Not our designs. And definitely not the way we craft our furniture pieces. Our wood is sustainably sourced from handpicked vendors and brought to life by experienced craftsmen. We consider Wood as more than just a raw material, after all it is a living, breathing element of nature that even ages gracefully as time goes on. Each log of wood has its own story and character. Therefore the texture and grain of every furniture piece varies making even standard designs unique in their own right. Even the variation in the colour of the wood is a natural occurrence depending on species, region of growth and age of the tree. Isn't it amazing how wood undergoes expansion and contraction movements as it adjusts to changes in humidity and temperature? The complexity and beauty of wood is what challenges our designers to make stunning furniture pieces for you and your family.

Warranty :

Furnmill Furniture comes with a 12-month warranty if properly stored, handled, assembled, maintained, and used under normal conditions in a non-commercial setting. The limited warranty does not apply to:

• Small cuts, scratches, or damage during the cleaning process
• Cracks during the random displacement
• The product kept in contact to direct sunlight and water, resulting in the decaying of wood
• Defects caused by improper product storage, handling, assembly, maintenance, or use normal product wear and tear due to age including wearing or staining, or loosening of fabric or leatherette or any such material.
• With time solid woods are encountered by minor cracks, called checks, which are not included in faults and warranty as these checks do not hamper the life of a product.
• As per the industry standards, unevenness up to 5 mm can happen because of the difference in surfaces and floor levels. In that case, there is no warranty.
• There is no warranty on upholstery/ coverings/ buttons.
