1. Is it safe to order online?

We take every step to ensure that shopping with us online is safe. We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information like your name, address, credit card details etc. entered on our website. This ensures the information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read if it is intercepted. Our technology includes the following features:

  • Authentication - this assures your browser that your data is being sent to the correct computer server, and that the server is secure
  • Encryption - this encodes the data, so that it cannot be read by anyone other than the secure server
  • Data Integrity - this checks the data being transferred to ensure it has not been altered

2. Can I return any furniture that I purchase from furnmill.com?

A: All furniture pieces are ineligible for returns or exchange. And hence they can’t be exchanged or returned once an order has been placed. Please refer to the return and refund policy.

3. What happens if the furniture I have ordered does not fit through the entryway of my building or my main door

A: We urge our customers to measure all your entryways, so the products can be delivered without any challenges. You may refer to our ‘Measure to Delivery’ guide.

4. What if I’m not at home when the delivery is scheduled?

A: Our delivery partners will attempt to complete your delivery thrice before the item is returned to our warehouse. Please ensure that you provide a valid mobile number and shipping address while placing your order

5. How do I track my order status?

A: You can track our order status by clicking on Order Status or login to My account

6. I want to customise one of your products, can I do that?

A: Currently we do not offer any customizations.

7. Are there any delivery charges or installation charges?

A: Installation and delivery are free of cost. Please note that Out of Diameter(OD) Charges are applicable to certain pin codes where our shipping partner charges an extra fee. Please note, that our store bears the base charge, OD Charge is an additional fee that is location specific.

8. How can I place a bulk order?

9. What are the materials used to manufacture the furniture?

A: We use solid wood as a primary material for manufacturing purposes. In addition to this, other secondary materials such as engineered wood might also be used to make internal structures of the product.

10. How do I clean my wooden furniture?

A: Regular dusting and cleaning of stains and spills with a soft cotton cloth is the only process required to maintain the quality of wooden furniture.

11. Which fabric is used in the upholstery of furniture?

A : We majorly use two types of upholstery material which include velvet and linen.

12. Is doorstep delivery service available?

A: A doorstep delivery can be availed in case of small products and for big products, a service lift is required at your location to accommodate the furniture. If service lift is not available, a ground floor delivery is applicable.

13.Is my purchase amount inclusive of all taxes?

A: Yes, all the offered product prices are inclusive of all the taxes with free delivery and installation.

14. Is the COD option available?

A: Currently the COD option is not available to us. You can make an online payment.

15. Is the EMI option available?

A: Yes, it is available. You’ll find an option on the payment page.
